FamiliesFirst Network is seeking a Case Manager Assistant to support Child Welfare Case Managers by providing basic social services to children and families. The role involves transportation for clients, clerical assistance, tracking information, and assessment and education services. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and one year of relevant experience or education in social services, healthcare, or childcare settings.

Qualifications
• High School diploma or G.E.D.
• One (1) year experience in social, economic, health or rehabilitative setting, medical, nursing, child development or childcare setting; OR one (1) year of post high school in education social services, economic, health, rehabilitative, medical or childcare services may be substituted for the year of experience required; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license from the state in which you reside, good driving record, and insurable under Center’s policy.
