Candidates must have RBT certification, be working toward Certification in Behavior Analysis, and have completed at least 2 years of college while currently enrolled in a 4-year program.

Qualified candidates will have RBT certification and must be working toward Certification in Behavior Analysis.

The Behavior Technician will:
- Collect data for each child’s performance on a daily basis, both acceleration and deceleration.
- Conduct individual teaching sessions for each child as assigned – schedule changes daily.
- Assist in ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of the therapy rooms.
- Cares for child with toileting, dressing, grooming, feeding, and all other self-care programs and needs.
- Communicate session outcome with parents/caregiver.
- Assist in developing training materials that are up to date with current technologies on a daily basis.
- Graph all data as assigned.
- Assist in designing data sheets and graphs.
- Provide input for programmatic decisions.
- Attend all weekly staff meetings.
- Perform other duties as required
- Adheres to all Nemours policies and procedures
Qualified Candidates will:
- Have completed at least 2 years of college and currently in a 4-year program with anticipated graduation date. (Bachelor's degree PREFERRED)
- Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office.
- Must be a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) by the BACB, or
- Registered Behavioral Technician status must be maintained throughout the duration of employment
